Shereena S. Morrow-Jackson, affectionately known as Mamas, is an entrepreneur, multi-business owner, children’s book author, certified parent educator, motivational speaker and Master Certified Life Coach with over 15 years of experience in helping individuals unlock their full potential and assisting small businesses in development. A graduate of The University of Pittsburgh, Mamas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in African Studies and Psychology. With a background in social work, child development and a passion for empowering others, Mamas has helped countless people make lasting positive changes in their personal and professional lives. As CEO and founder of Don’t Beat Around The Bush, LLC, A Brighter 2Morrow Child Development Center, & The Small Business Whisperers, Mamas continues to advocate for individuals, specifically women of color, to seek unapologetic happiness and freedom in every domain of life. Mamas promotes her message of Freedom through curating unique empowerment spaces & conversations that allow women to feel seen, heard, appreciated and most importantly connected. Mamas uses a holistic approach to coaching & transformation. Promoting Eudaimonia by teaching a special skill she identifies as “Fck Them Folks” and reminding women they are worthy of walking in their power. Incorporating mindfulness, intention, boundary setting and reflection to help her clients achieve maximized autonomy.
